In December 2014, Happy Chef Tony was offered an opportunity to participate at the Christmas Bazaar of Tiendesitas and with much delight we had very good response to our Ensaymadas and Carrot Cakes and Cup Cakes. 

We told ourselves in January 2015 we will pursue this as a business and apply for DTI registration but to our dismay, the name Happy Chef was already taken. After much panic, and some revisions we were finally able to register HAPPY LOVE CHEF. 

We also designed a new logo of an sprightly and joyful Happy Love Chef almost walking on air with HC put across the chef's apron.

This begins a new chapter to Happy Love Chef adventure...
